Location da 10 e lode in pagella. In un contesto realmente ameno e rilassante scevro da ogni rumore un resort che ha finemente valorizzato un edificio del X secolo grazie alla sapiente opera di Christopher & Seonaid (i proprietari/gestori nonché architetti) i quali accolgono gli ospiti con affabilità e disponibilità. I pasti sono cucinati da Christopher, mentre Seonaid è un’ottima padrona di casa (nel senso letterale del termine). Esperienza senz’altro di alto livello, faccio solo 2 piccoli appunti: il primo è sulla pulizia, non sempre adeguata al contesto di un resort a 5 stelle. Il secondo appunto è riferito al costo: francamente tutto molto molto caro in rapporto ai servizi (non è un caso la scarsa frequentazione della clientela italiana).

L'arrivo a Torre di Moravola è attraverso una strada prima asfaltata che si trasforma in strada bianca. E' un percorso quasi di sollievo e distacco positivo da tutto quello che quotidianamente ci disturba. La bellezza circonda questo luogo ma il meglio lo trovi quando arrivi. I due proprietari sono persone davvero uniche e le stanze (le abbiamo visitate tutte per curiosità) sono tutte diverse. La definizione stanze è riduttiva, suite è il giusto termine. Ognuna di loro è disegnata con grande cura e maestria architettonica, ogni dettaglio, biancheria ecc è davvero curato. La grande piscina non è da meno, grande e architettonicamente ben inserita nel contesto si fa notare per il colore nero che permette al cielo ed al paesaggio di rispecchiarsi in tutta la loro energia.||La cena è curata anche se bisogna avvertire che i tempi sono dilatati ma ben fusi con l'atmosfera che regna in questo luogo in cui regna una ottima intimità.||I due proprietari sono discreti ma pronti ad ascoltare e se possibile esaudire ogni richiesta ragionevole.||Alla partenza un abbraccio a queste due persone che hanno realizzato un loro sono nel recuperare questa torre medioevale offrendola a chi sa cogliere il valore di atmosfere uniche.||Abbiate rispetto per questo luogo che vi ripagherà ampiamente con un soggiorno ristoratore.

Una vera e propria oasi di relax. Il tutto curato finemente. La piscina è un piccolo gioiello. Consiglio per chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno nella quiete più totale. Unica pecca la colazione. Ma direi che dovrà avere pur qualche difetto. ||

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è una esperienza di tranquillità e serenità.||L'atmosfera è magica, l'hotel è ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di un casolare tipico e la strtuttura è incredibilmente raffinata, curata, ma allo stesso tempo senza eccessi tanto da dare una impressione famigliare dove tutto è bello e piacevole.||I gestori sono simpatici, cordiali accoglienti e mai invadenti.||||Non perdetevi l'occasione di un soggiorno in questo luogo incantato !!!

Interessante connubio tra design e architettura conservativa

My wife and I stayed at Torre di Moravola in the West Tower suite for 3 nights in September 2024.||Torre di Moravola has just 7 rooms/suites. The guests are international.||Location, welcome, combination of a watchtower of around 1100 with modern design are beautiful. The property is run by an male architect from Hong Kong and a female designer from Scotland and was completely renovated by them around 15 years ago.||||The man is also responsible for the kitchen and does his job very well and is a very empathetic person.||||His female partner also appeared very helpful at first. There was a warm welcome and lots of good tips for the area (e.g. visiting the nearby cities of Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi).||It was a bit irritating that she addressed her cat with “you fat bitch” in front of guests and gave me the tip “you have to be intelligent..”||||My wife unfortunately arrived at the hotel with symptoms of illness (later it turned out that it was a bacterial infection - emergency at the next place on our trip).||The hostess of our hotel recommended her homemade Chinese laxative tablets (“Flush it all out") to my wife. A big mistake on our part to take these pills. Due to the adventurous stairs to our suite, my wife had problems reaching the toilet in the basement from the bed upstairs the following night. Unfortunately, the room was also not cleaned the following day. The day after, I was immediately asked to a "consulation" by the “hostess” after our return from a day trip. In this conversation, the “hostess” complained angrily and loudly and in the presence of other guests about the condition of the room and about my wife! ||So the hostess complained about an effect she had previously caused with her pills!||No "how is your wife" nothing.||I was asked to leave Torre di Moravola immediately with my sick wife - I was able to negotiate on the regular departure day. Before the interview, she had already asked the tour operator about me and complained. I was also charged 150 € extra cleaning costs (3 towels, 1 blanket).||I have never experienced such a rude service situation like this in any hotel before.||Hospitality looks different. Don't go there.

Hello, Torre di Moravola is the most special place I have ever stayed at. The owner Seonaid is one of the most generous hostesses I have ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel is Gorgeous!! impeccable style, super clean and the food is to die for. The surrounding area is so magical and the air smells divine. It is so beautiful there that we actually did a photoshoot for a beauty brand there. Seonaid has incredible taste and style. Her husband is the architect who made this place a mix of ancient history with modern luxury. The rooms are so unique. I am very picky with cleanliness, this place is spot less and filled with fresh air. They also customize the food for your dietary needs with the most delicious yummy ingredients, healthy and locally grown. It is hard to get a reservation as they are open only part of the year. Super worth it to book in advance… can not wait for my next visit! Thank you Torre di Moravola
