Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo all'ultimo minuto per un'emergenza tramite booking.||La zona è bella, vicino tra chelsea e greenwich village.||Il problema è stato che la nostra camera (quadrupla con due letti matrimoniali) era 2 piani sotto terra. per accederci dovevamo scendere delle scale ripide e molto strette (con una valigia grande la cosa diventava abbastanza faticosa).||I letti erano comodi, ma il bagno era delimitato da una parete a vetri che non permetteva una grande privacy ed anche la porta del bagno non consentiva una completa chiusura della stanza. ||inoltre il soffitto era abbastanza basso ed essendoci un solo lucernario che prendeva luce dal marciapiede, si aveva la sensazione di essere in una grotta.||noi siamo stati in questa camera una sola notte, e per 2 o 3 giorni può andare bene, ma alla lunga penso che la permanenza non risulti ottimale.||Abbiamo pagato la camera (per quattro persone) più di 400 dollari.

Mia figlia ed io abbiamo prenotato una camera dal 23 al 29 dicembre.||Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una cameretta ,sapevamo che era al terzo piano ma, quello che non sapevamo era che , oltre ad essere piccolissima era caldissima, non si poteva abbassare il termo ne aprire una finestra.Inoltre era piuttosto sporca e con un impianto elettrico del dopoguerra! 2 sedie sfondate e un bagno cieco! Un vero incubo soffocante. Ci siamo rifiutate e ci hanno assegnato una camera leggermente più vivibile ma sempre sporca.Non c'è pulizia all'Incentra e non c'è disponibilità da parte dell' aggressiva signora della reception.||L'unico che si salva è Vincent che purtroppo è comparso solo l'ultimo giorno.||Bellissimo il Village ma lontano dall' Icentra Hotel

Tenés que saber a qué habitación vas, porque cambia mucho la experiencia. Primero fuimos a una que era subsuelo, hacía calor, el aire era ineficiente y ruidoso. Luego nos pasaron arriba de todo y fue maravillosa.
La gente amable.
La ubicación: mejor imposible.
Muy recomendable.

This place is a spacious, quirky and friendly refuge located in the heart and soul of Greenwich Village. We had a great time and the staff made us feel like we were visiting family (who have a very nice house!).

The hotel is located near so many great cafes, restaurants, several cute local parks and bars. You’re a short walk to anywhere or a cheap Uber wherever.

We booked the Stonewall suite which was down 2 floors into the basement. It is HUGE!! There’s 2 queen size beds, a double shower, a mini kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, there’s a table and 4 chairs, a giant tv, and plenty of furniture to store your things and put your stuff on.

My sister in law and nephew stayed in a different suite and they also had a spacious unit with a living room, fridge, pullout couch and a small loft upstairs with the queen bed.

The staff were so wonderful and helpful. We met 3 of them over the weekend and everyone was very friendly.

I had no issues with having a friend stay in my room the first night and then I asked to change the sheets the next night because I had senior aged parents join me. The staff were very nice about that request too.

There’s a $58 cleaning fee which I paid upon arrival. It’s also adults only (no kids under 10) which I actually really like. My teenage nephew stayed there and that was fine with the house rules.

Pros - great, welcoming and helpful staff, quiet, great tv’s, roomy by NYC standards, excellent AC and location! Kitchenette very convenient.
Cons - interiors badly in need of deep clean, fresh paint, better furniture (stained old couch, broken decorations, not antiques) and thread bare linens (see-through quilt). Shower floor tiles grimy. I found the images online to be deceiving. I love historic buildings and understand their quirks…this was just disappointing…met needs at best.

We loved our stay at Incentra Village Hotel in June 2024. The location was perfect. Not far from subway, close to amazing shops & retaurants, and only a few blocks from Hudson River Park. Every member of the hotel staff was friendly & professional. Our acommodations in the Bishop suite were ideal for our party of 3. And we appreciated having a kitchenette. We'd definitely stay here again.

This place is a disaster, look elsewhere! The location is about all that it has that I can recommend. Our room (Maine) had constant hot/cold water problems throughout our 2 night stay. We were never able to take a hot or warm shower. The people working inside the hotel are on site at irregular intervals and tried to be helpful, but finding a solution required the “manager” who didn’t seem to be available. We also had multiple problems with their keypad locks on the front door and room doors. The worst issue was returning after breakfast on our checkout morning and being completely locked out of the hotel. Nobody answers the main phone number for Incentra. so we used an “emergency only” number that we had been given for a manager/owner(?) who supposedly lived around the corner. However, nobody answered that number either and there was no voicemail option. We finally texted the number and received a new door code that gave us access to our luggage, but we almost missed our train in the process. No apologies or personal contact was ever made. Only a text with the new code. This place is unfortunately not worth your money.

What a wonderful place! Vincent was the absolute best, most helpful and courteous host you could ever want. What a kind human being he is. The location could not have been better. The rooms are very quaint and cozy. The stairs are a bit steep so if you have any physical issues you should probably specify you'd like a bottom floor room. We had an amazing stay at Incentra village.
