This hotel is it. At first I was skeptical because most reviews was real good but then some made it sound real bad but the wife and I decided to check it out. We already had reservations at another hotel across the way called comfort hotel but staff was incredibly rude and hotel was nasty rooms smelled like musk. So we came over front desk Kelsey was very friendly showed us a room to ensure us the reviews was honest showed us the market and even made us fresh coffee as my wife is picky. She assisted us with extra towels for the kids and blanket. It’s good to see people appreciate their job and treat others with good hospitality. Miss Kelsey has us sold on this being our new hotel when we are in town. Housekeeping also very nice. We didn’t run into a single worker that has a negative attitude everyone was very nice and fast pace. Hotel is very clean and it’s a given the staff takes pride in what they have. Amazing job AmericInn of San Angelo, I’m grateful for my stay at a pleasant place. If you’re unsure please give it a go it won’t disappoint! And make sure you ask to see a room they have no issues in showing you what you’d have!

We stayed two nights at the Americinn while in San Angelo to visit our daughter. THe hotel is newer, and has been very well maintained. Our bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I had ever slept on. The room was already a cool 69' when we arrived. We were on the bottom floor and were worried about noise from above. Other than a few heavy footsteps, it was silent for us. What made this stay great was the staff. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly and super helpful. All smiles! Breakfast was delicious, and I'm not sure what coffee they use here, but ours was outstanding. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because A) the hot tub was not working & we were really looking forward to a bedtime soak and B) there was someone's leftover food in the fridge. Overall, it was a great stay and we look forward to our next visit.

Front desk Kelsey was a joy. Very friendly professional and helpful. Told us about breakfast and WiFi also told us coffee was available all day and night! Nice little market she helped us with. Tucker also the next morning very helpful and easy going. I just want to let whoever runs this place that ms Kelsey deserves a raise. She dealt with a lot but maintained a great attitude and handled things in a very professional manner. I wish I met more of the staff I seen so many great reviews our room was spotless. I’ve never been in a cleaner hotel. Yes wallpaper was peeling in halls but that’s due to a recent pipe busting. Hotel is definitely very well kept. Breakfast is your every hotel breakfast nothing about breakfast screamed different except it’s very well kept clean and a nice outdoor view. Public toilets are clean. Management here is doing his/ her job.

We’ve been coming to this Hotel for a couple of years now. We originally came because of the high ratings. We were not disappointed. Very well maintained, clean. Great service. Our last stay on Sept. 20, 2024 left us wondering if the good rating is starting to slip. The elevator floor and rug was filthy. The lobby seemed dirtier that ever before. Wallpaper was off the wall on the 4th floor by room 400. We hope that this was just a bad weekend and that they will keep up the good work that has given them such a good rating over the years.

It was awesome. The room was very spacious. I liked the bed until my better half stole all the bed. We went to breakfast the next morning it was awesome. Especially the omelets. It nice to go run around town and got too come back to our room. To relax.

We have stayed here twice. Once for 4 nights and the other for one night driving through. Both stays were exceptional. Room clean and inviting. Front desk and check in were quick and easy with great service. Will definitely choose this location if ever back in San Angelo.

I was so pleased with how clean the whole place was. Kelsey was at the front desk and greeted us with a big smile and a great attitude. She was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make fresh coffee for us. I will definitely return back and refer my family and friends to stay there.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were very clean, towels were fluffy and plentiful. They didn't just give you one set to split between 2 people! They have a little convenience store area which served this purposes and they made everything so easy, charging it to my room so I didn't have to fuss with digging in my wallet. The location is great. It's not off the freeway where all you hear is traffic it's near great restaurants and shopping oh and another thing the doors are super heavy which means you hear nothing I slept like a rock never heard my neighbors through the wall didn't hear people talking in the Halls they were walking by it was lovely!! They have plenty of outlets they had plenty of USB ports their TVs are up to date to where I can watch my own subscriptions on there if I wanted to it was just a lovely experience.
