Honestly don't know why the ratings are so low. Arthur was fantastic with my rental! Got a nice upgrade to an EV which took us everywhere we needed to go! Decided to come back for another rental and the service was just as fantastic! Would definitely return!

They take care of all my rentals. I forgot that Hertz had it's own roadside assistance and went thru a different process. Amber Watson took care of my inquiry of being reimbursed for losing a weekend of work by offering me gas for the day. I appreciate all of the associates and their ability to accommodate my every need.

Hello there..Anyone who reads my reviews knows that I only post 5 stars because I strongly believe in drawing attention to the good in the world. I have been attending the South Beverly Drive location for sometime now. I love the convince of this place and the manager, Arthur, is an extremely kind man & always takes care of my reservations. Whether I need a compact, full electric or an SUV, he does his absolute best to accommodate me with everything. His cool & collected personality makes for a great and warm customer experience. If you're interested in a. boutique place that happens to be one of the most trusted rental companies in America, this is my preferred destination.

Terrible customer service. Employees are rude and disrespectful. If you're here for Lyft, go to ANY other location. They're really attentive when they want to get you signed up for the program, but if you're returning a car, changing your car or anything else they don't care. 12 people waiting, and mostly empty employee stations. None of the locations maintain their cars well. My last 2 pickups for a rental had loud squealing brakes. I returned one to have them fix it, waited hours, picked it up and the brakes were still squealing.

I'm conflicted...the rental experience on the front end was terrific; quick and professional service and a nice range of car choices. However, on the backend, it turns out the car had a misfunctioning alternator and I had to get jump started whenever I turned the car off. I called in to confirm I would not be stopping to refill the gas because of this, yet they still charged me for the gas after the return...Arghhhhhh.

Staff wasn't very helpful with my lost item. Want me to travel several miles just to come look in a box. The item I lost is very distinct and would not take more than few seconds to tell if its there or not yet the guy on the phone would not. Disatisfied. Will not use their service again.
