Tracey e Ivano sono radiosi, brillanti e accoglienti padroni di casa, con grande esperienza enogastronomica. Infatti, sia nell'acquisto dei vini sia nella scelta dei ristoranti, siamo stati sempre dottamente guidati. Bellissimi i trulli e soprattutto arredati con ottimo gusto.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo, sicuramente da ripetere, immersi nella natura incontaminata e nel silenzio.
Ottima anche la colazione preparata con sapienza da Ivano che tra l'altro è un rinomato chef.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre idyllique, entouré de nature. Les hôtes ont été adorables, disponibles et très attentionnés. Ils nous ont donné de précieux conseils. La chambre était très confortable et bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié leurs délicates attentions à l’arrivée et au départ. Une adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Tracey and Ivano are fantastic hosts, couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable, inviting and beautifully styled. The Trulli’s are so characteristic and have been renovated with such care to keep the rustic without forgetting the needs of the modern day.
Location is perfect, so peaceful and not far from the local town with cafes, bars and restaurants - but very much doubt you would need these with Ivano on hand either to cook for or, with you! I learnt at least 3 different dishes during my stay and all were so perfectly presented and gave the most amazing flavours.
Breakfast was also fabulous, all made from their land - fresh pastries, fruit and breads.
The beautiful beaches are very close by - from 30 to 45 minutes away, but with a perfect pool sometimes we didn’t want to even venture out.
Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be returning year after year!

We had the pleasure of being the first guests to stay at Trullideserio. Tracey and Ivano had thought of everything and you could really see their experience of running a restaurant with rooms in England shining through. The rooms are amazing and every detail has been covered to ensure guest stays are perfect. The breakfasts are wonderful and even better knowing that majority of the food is grown on site. The outdoor kitchen is brilliant and it was so good we hardly ate out at all which is not like us at all normally on holiday. The surroundings are so tranquil that you just don't want to leave. The views of the olive trees and pure silence is wonderful.

Restaurant and tourist recommendations were perfect and nothing was too much for Tracey and Ivano at all. San Michele is a wonderful base to explore most of Puglia with both coasts and most tourist cities a short drive away. As a town San Michele is also perfect and not a tourist hot spot with excellent restaurants and very friendly locals.

We loved our stay so much we have been back twice since to stay with Tracey and Ivano who we now count as friends. You will not be disappointed if you book Trullideserio at all!

Ein wundervoller Ort in mitten der Olivenhaine in Apulien. Vom Trulllideserio aus erreicht man viele tolle Orte schnell (mit dem Auto). Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und es fehlt an nichts. Ein kleines Paradies und perfekt um sich zu erholen!

We had an incredible stay at one of Ivano & Tracey's trulli. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The highlight was their expansive garden, filled with every fruit and vegetable imaginable, all of which we were welcome to taste.
The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax.

If you're looking for a getaway with wonderful hosts and a beautiful garden, this is the place to be!
