If I could give this 0 I would. We have travelled across the world and booked all of our plans on the idea that we had a hire car locked in. Much to our dismay, we arrived and were told that without a credit card or social security number, we were unable to hire a car, that the debit card used to secure the booking was not adequate. Absolutely no where was this stipulated on the website. The man at the desk was not helpful and told us we needed to phone the airport or go there and try, but could not tell us if it was a possibility to book without a credit card. We gave feedback to him that it should be on the website to which he replied ‘I know’. Furthermore, he was unable to cancel the booking and then that we needed to phone the company.. to which we replied that we didn’t have calling on our international sims. He then put us through on his line and when we stated that we recommend they put it on the website a very generic response of ‘we will escalate it’ to disregard the complete inconvenience. The company did not care and was not helpful. This was most disappointing and I would not recommend this service.

Avoid booking from this location, I had my rental car pickup at 4PM, even though I arrived exactly at 4PM they didn’t honored it and they already left.

Good service but Be careful with what they sell you… I am unfamiliar with the area and was offered prepaid tolls. I said I’m only driving to Sarasota and back and was told prepaid tolls would “definitely be cheaper”
Turns out the toll was $3.70 up and $3.70 back…they charged me $15 a day for 4 days..$45 for what would have been $7.40!

Muy mala experiencia en todo sentido. La atención de los empleados , nos dieron un auto eléctrico que No se podía cargar en ninguna parte. Nos cobraron un cargo extra que no estaba en el contrato. Muy soberbios y maleducados en el trato a los clientes! No alquilen en esta compañía . Un fiasco y estafadores . Ellos cobran comisión por todo así que por eso no explican nada. Te mienten en la cara .

No one was at the front desk when I arrived for pick up and no one was available neither when I arrived for drop off. This is ridiculous, I am going to miss my flight because there is no one here to receive my car and I cant leave it with anyone. Not professional and a joke of an agency.

Worst experience. After paying for an Uber to the location of pickup was rudely told they don’t have any cars. Was hung up on the first time I called and the second time I was on hold for over fifteen minutes to speak to anyone. They then try to make you go to a different location and try to charge you 3 x the rate originally quoted.

Go up
