Ben and his guys were amazing. We had another company drop the ball, and didn't deliver the Porta Johns we had ordered for an event. I called a million places and was either told no, or they tried to charge me a ridiculous amount to same day deliver.
Not A1! They went above and beyond to help me and were very professional. To top it off, their price was better than what we were origionally going to pay. We won't be using anybody but them for our rental needs going forward! You should do the same.

We have used A-1 twice now in the last four years and both times were a great experience. They communicate with you easily to make sure you have what you need and follow up before delivery. This year we had a bounce house and a tent for a grad party and we mapped it all out better after talking with them from the original idea. They were kind and efficient and were the same when they came for pick up. I will recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again when the time comes.

I wouldn’t rent a fire extinguisher from them if my genitalia was on fire.
The old man was disturbingly rude. Definitely on track for the FFO game.

This place is disgusting and the people are shady! They completely lied on my Uhaul contract stating that I did not replace the gas in the vehicle even though I did. I do have my receipt and have filed a complaint but the fact that I have to do all of this about $25 is ridiculous! I’ve now read that they do this all the time and seem to get away with it. Probably because they ask you to walk 2 blocks away from the store to pick the vehicle up and also return it there. So if you don’t take pictures they’re gonna try to squeeze any extra charge out of you that they can. They’re pathetic. Don’t not use these people!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Bill the "owner" is very very unprofessional! My boyfriend went in asking for a certain machine for the job were doing and was directed to the machine. Took the machine home and it ended up breaking. Took it back and Bill was so unbelievably rude about it. Boyfriend stated we used the machine just as we were supposed to and it failed. Bill continued to yell and argue that we broke his machine (which we did not). Will never rent from then again.

Nice people to talk to although as soon as I got the machine I got on it and the people that delivered it barely got to the end of the road I had a hydraulic leak already as soon as I got it. I was told to tape it until the mechanic could come out which he never came out, it kept shutting off so I third of my time was trying to get the equipment to actually stay started and I didn’t get anything done and wasted my money. I understand that machines breakdown but when you call In and they say they will give you some money off your next rental that doesn’t make somebody want to rent there again what would make somebody rent there again would be saying hey I apologize what happened I’ll give you some money off this rental, That would make me at least try it again, because I now know that if something in the future happens I won’t get money off they will just say your next rental and it will always be the next rental. Never again if they can’t make it right this time. Total waste of money and no one cared to make it right to the customer because there old equipment isn’t working right.

Let me tell you how friendly the gentlemen are that run the place, they are so kind, polite, thoughtful, thorough and friendly. They will do whatever they can possible to make your EXPERIENCE with A-1 Rental a enjoyable, easy, best bang for the buck and that good old local friendly store feeling you will get. They treat you with dignity & respect and I would NOT rent anywhere else ever! Thanks for all your help guys!!

Called this place to let them know about one of their trucks that was blocking traffic in front of their store. Bill answered the phone and was extremely rude about it and hung up on me. If they are this rude when you are just trying to be nice and let them know of a minor issue, then I can just imagine what would happen if there was a real problem. I will never rent from them ever just based off this experience.
