Puzza di fumo..... Nn per tutti è un problema ma x me si, struttura mal tenuta il copriletto pieno di bruciature in terra sporco lenzuola sporche ed il climatizzatore non funzionava, dai parchi di divertimenti non è lontanissimo circa 20 min a piedi, lì in torno non c'è nulla, è l'ultimo motel che trovate sulla strada. Nn so che altro dirvi io di sicuro non ci tornerò

great location! walking distance to Disneyland and other retail stores. Safe and quiet. Friendly and welcoming staff members. The room was very clean and spacious.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. However, don't bother asking the staff for directions to Disneyland—they'll send you on a wild goose chase. For a hotel situated so close to Disney, one would expect the staff to at least know the best route, but unfortunately, they do not.

There's no room service, no fresh towels, and despite the claim of a 24/7 reception, this was far from true. The person at the front desk seemed to be responsible for cleaning the rooms as well. I waited half an hour just to check out.

The rooms were dirty and in poor condition, which is truly disappointing. There’s so much potential here, but it’s completely wasted. One visit was more than enough—never again.

We had an excellent 2-night stay with our kids. The location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s great for a 2 star hotel. The room was updated, hot shower and comfy bed. Everything we needed for our trip. I did find hair in the bathroom and in the night stand. There’s no phones in the room either which is different but besides that the stay was great.

Avoid this place like the plague. While the stay was fine the blatant theft of additional funds from my travel partners credit card is unbelievable. We booked through bookings.com so the booking was fully paid prior to arrival, on arrival we paid the extra $100 bond as is normal process. On check out they confirmed the deposit was returned. Fast forward to now and we find deposit has not been returned as as a bonus we have now be charged again for the room. $800+ Multiple emails back and forth to sort it out have been met with this hotel blocking us and now not responding to our messages. They even had the hide to be 'offended' by us questioning the double charge. Do yourself a huge favour and stay at the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites. Kicking myself now for not staying there this time.

Logical Citizen

I don't mind a motel but there is a reason this one has such a low rating. Here are the issues we had.
1. Stayed 3 nights n thr first night we got in the hot tub. As we sat a bunch of dirt, palm leaves etc began swirling around n covering us in filth. We had to shower immediately. All 3 nights they never cleaned it so we never got back in. The pool was filthy as well.
2. Shower would drain
3. Shower vent didn't work so room got hot n muggy every time we showered
4. Beds were hard n sounded like loud metal when u sat or got into bed.
5. Door had a large gap so tons of light came in. We had to push luggage etc against door to keep light coming in.
6. No ice machines
7. Three nights stay but only enough coffee for 1 day in room, had to go get more
8. Check out is at 11 but maid began looking through our window at 10 as I was in bed next to window. Maid then began knocking on the door even though we had a do not disturb sign out n again, check out wasn t for another hour.

Overall the appearance of the motel n room was ok but will never book here again. I used A TON of flyer miles and it felt like a waste.
