Should be rated one of the worst estate agents!!! had excessive rent arrears with two different tenants due to tardiness, poor management, lack of professionalism and support. Causing unnecessary stress and frustration.

As a tenant these guys have been the most frustrating I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t fix issues. Takes months for them to actually reply or send someone out. I’ve been trying to get them to send someone out since January to damage from a leak in the flat above me

Hi I’ve rented my property from Affitto for the last 4-5 years, I wanted to move to a bigger property and asked for what’s available. Within a day I had several listings sent to me and kept in touch. After moving to a new property I had issues trying to work out how to use the heating. I reported it to Affitto and a gas engineer had popped out the very same day and had fixed the problem. Overall I very pleased at how efficient and quick all the process was finding and moving to my new house. I would recommend Affitto and how polite the lady was I was dealing with. Thank you Affitto. Much appreciated.
