I recently took part in a health retreat and had such a wonderful experience. Kerstin and Andreas, the hosts, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The retreat center itself is beautifully decorated, with stunning views and a peaceful natural environment. The saltwater swimming pool was amazing, and I loved all the cozy seating areas around the house and pool to relax in. The bed was so comfortable, and the therapies were top-notch. Thank you so much, Kerstin and Andreas, for such a rejuvenating stay. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time in this amazing place from Kerstin and Andreas. The quality of the health traitement was very high, we felt so much better after the retreat.The kindness of the hosts, the tasty and healthy meals, the amazing saltwater pool and spectacular natural environment made our stay memorabele and we surely do recommend this. We would like to thank the hosts and their team for this wonderful experience and we will surely come back!

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Kerstin und Andreas
Die beiden sind unfassbar liebe und herzensgute Menschen und besitzen einen wunderschönen Hof, mit total niedlichen Tieren
Hunde und Katzen versüßen einen den Tag und auch das unfassbar leckere Essen des Kochs lässt einen sehr zufrieden zurück.
Ich werde auf jeden Fall mal wiederkommen, es war ein 5 Sterne Aufenthalt

We, 5 artists from LIQUID LOFT and the PHACE Ensemble, got an artistic residency and used our 1 week stay at Artis Umbria to prepare a joint musical project for 2025.
Depending on the weather conditions during the day beginning of November we could choose between 3 studios, both indoors and outdoors.
We found especially the outdoor studio, the yurt, very inspiring for our collaboration (electronic music, live instruments, movement).
Rehersals & creative work was only interrupted by the kitchen bell, which rang whenever the delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes prepared by great chef ‘Jo’ were already on the table.
landscape is stunning, tranquillity of the seclusion simply magnificent, the beautiful property with it´s cosy rustic rooms truly relaxing & the warm hospitality of the owners Kerstin and Andreas made this working stay an unforgettable experience for us.
We will certainly be back and can heartily recommend this inspiring place to anyone with an artistic mindset.

Ein Aufenthalt im Artis Umbria ist ein Erlebnis von seltener Schönheit gepaart mit Naturverbundenheit und Luxus. Inmitten der umbrischen Wälder gelegen, empfängen einen die Gastgeber dieses klassischen italienischen Gästehauses mit einer Atmosphäre von Ruhe und Geborgenheit. Das Eintauchen in die Wildnis, so nah an der Zivilisation und doch weit genug entfernt, um vollkommene Erholung zu ermöglichen, wirkt wie Balsam für die Seele.
Die liebevoll zubereiteten Mahlzeiten des privat engagierten Kochs sorgen für ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das jeden Tag zu einem Fest macht. Die intensiven, transformierenden Sessions mit Kerstin, Defne und Simone waren der perfekte Begleiter auf meiner Reise zu mehr Gesundheit und innerem Gleichgewicht.
Die Umgebung lädt ein, sie zu Fuß zu erkunden – sei es mit den zwei charmanten, hier lebenden Hunden, mit den Gastgebern oder alleine. Wanderungen durch diese atemberaubende Natur, kombiniert mit den wechselnden Themenwochen, schaffen einen Raum für Inspiration und Wohlbefinden.
Ich habe mich in dieser Idylle so tief geborgen und wohl gefühlt, dass es leicht war, meine Gesundheit und innere Stärke zu erneuern. Ein wahrer Ort der Transformation und des Luxus – jeder Moment in Artis Umbria ist eine Einladung, sich selbst wiederzuentdecken.

the landscapes, the skies, the lovely surrounding villages, the spacious estate, the hospitality, the delicious food, that pool, the beautifully decorated rooms, the vast outdoor space and the wonderful animals were perfect. i was truly sad to leave.

Kerstin und Andreas sind wunderbare Gastgeber*innen! Mit ihrem Team – 2 WWOOFer*innen, spanischer Koch (der auch ,Italienisch' kann: Pizza, Pasta, Polenta etc.), 2 sympathische Hunde und ein paar Katzen – sorgen sie für einen entspannten und spannenden Aufenthalt auf dem beeindruckend gelegenen Artis Umbria-Gelände. Die Jute, der Tanzboden und das Pool waren im Rahmen des ImPulsTanz-Retreats Orte des Lernens, der Anstrengung, des Schwitzens, der Freude, des Lachens, des Genießens ... eine große Empfehlung!
