Had a positive experience with Avis at this location. Scheduled pickup at 8am, showed up around 9am and the car was ready for me. As an avis preferred I didn’t need to wait in line to get the car. Those low star reviews are valid though, there was a single person serving a very long line.

Car was quite beat up, but at least I didn’t need to wait in line. Return was really smooth too, staff was really friendly.

An amazing rental experience!

So the person who helped me was Jeremy (the new manager at this location) was extremely professional and made my rental experience fluid and seamless.

The facility is clean and the cars are always clean.

I had a very positive experience with Avis at this location. I picked my car on a Friday around 5pm and there was no line. The car was ready for me, the car was in great condition, one scratch, but nothing major. The car was cleaned inside and it worked very well. Overall it was a satisfactory experience.

The two front tires are totally worn and one got completely flat when we were driving on highway in a thunderstorm - this is definitely not safe at all. What is shock to us was there is no spare tire at all at trunk. I believe Avis should implement serious review in vehicle check procedures to take care of customer’s safety. The highlight is the customer service. The lady was professional, patient and convenient and the helper came very fast.

Horrible service. Understaffed, inefficient, dismissive. Waited 90min for reserved car because only one person "working". Additional 30min just waiting for car to be pulled up. Everyone else in line behind me was then told by the one person working at the counter that there were no cars available, at this location or any other location in the city. Why let them all wait for just as long, with no indication that inventory had been mismanaged? Why reserve cars if none are available? How do you have this many horrible reviews, in this busy a location, and do nothing to improve it. Advise all to never rent here, walk one block to Hertz.

Busy with Sunday morning with one person at the counter and not enough cars. 4 cars checked out in half an hour and a line of easily 25 groups waiting for a car. Zero communication. Business as usual.
