Buon servizio di autonoleggio, e soprattutto una cosa che è davvero ottima, accettano carte di debito. Tutti ci chidevano la carta di credito per il noleggio auto a Las Vegas, per noi italiani non è così comune e avendo solo la carta di debito ci sembrava impossibile poter noleggiare una macchina. Invece a Budget abbiamo potuto noleggiare e tra l’altro una gran bella macchina!

My experience with this location has exceeded my expectations! I rented a 16' truck and trailer for a cross country move and ended up having the unit towed due to illegal park (my fault!). The truck was damaged during the tow (jumped the fork and tow bar hit the oil pan). Per their request, the truck/trailer combo was brought to this location for their team to assess. The team worked diligently to find me a replacement within the hour. Swapped out vehicles and went on my way.

Alvin, Corinne, and Zack were the most helpful and accomodating team and made sure the transition went as smooth as possible. Customer satisfaction at its best!!

We rented an SUV in this outlet and the front desk is very accommodating. Claire the front desk person Did her best to help us out so we could get best possible service they can give. Our stay in LV is quite fantastic and our commute makes it easy because of her.

This place has the nicest staff. Claire and Natalie helped us on the day of our rental we had reserved a mini van for our family of 7 to drive to Georgia only to find out we couldn’t. When we spoke to Alvin the manager he immediately offered a different vehicle to accommodate our vacation. On our return Ziana took our paperwork and was very kind when we told her a rock hit the windshield and it had a crack. She quickly helped us with the claim documents and made sure we didn’t stress. Everyone in this office is just happy to help and very kind….

Corinne went above and beyond to help us. After getting denied at a rental place we got to the Budget like 5 minutes before closing and she still got us a good rental car. She was happy to help and saved our trip. I highly recommend this place.

I’m giving this 3 stars because our rental car was well kept, clean, beautiful and perfect for our trip.
Check out at this location was great, simple and smooth.
However, check-in was very unpleasant. The lady who checked us in was very pushy, and I was very overwhelmed by unexpected contingencies. I reserved the car through Expedia. I was told they (Budget) wouldn’t honor the insurance I purchased from Expedia, and was pushed to purchase one of their more expensive plans instead. I ultimately refused. I was then told that on top of the charge for the car, they would be placing an additional $300 hold on my card (almost the price of the rental). Never, have I ever, had a car rental company place an additional hold on my card. I’m not sure if this action is unique to this rental location, or if it was implemented because I booked through Expedia. *shrugs* Renters beware.
