During the house hunting process, Franceanna never tried to “sell” us a house. She was honest about the good, bad, and ugly that we saw at each home. If she noticed any potentially major issues with a home, she pointed them out right away. She truly wanted us to find the house the was just right for us as well as structurally sound.

When we couldn’t be in Dallas for the various steps of the home buying process, Franceanna was there to oversee everything. We felt she was a true advocate for us and she definitely went above and beyond.
