Ich hatte das Vergnügen, 2 Wochen mit meinen Freunden in diesem Ferienhaus zu verbringen und es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Die Lage war Ideal und die Umgebung war super. Das Haus war umgeben von einer tollen malerischen Landschaft und lag auf einem Hügel über der kleinen Stadt Umbertide. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend! Besonders der Garten mit reichlich Platz für Aktivitäten und Entspannung war über meinen Erwartungen hinaus. Der erfrischende Pool war auch ein echter Highlight. Es war nicht nur draußen so toll gestaltet sondern auch drinnen. Die Villa war echt gemütlich gestaltet, die Betten waren bequem und alles war makellos sauber.Die Kombi aus Luxus, Komfort und Natur macht diese Villa zu einem perfekten Ort für Urlaub. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt war es eine fantastische Erfahrung, die ich jedem weiterempfehlen kann.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft für 16 Personen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto. Das Haus war sehr gross, klimatisiert und hatte genügend Platz. Es war sehr ruhig, man hat keine Nachbarn gesehen oder gehört. Der Pool mitsamt wunderschönem Ausblick war ein Highlight. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Casa Uliveto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

This is a beautiful little villa situated in the hills above Umbertide and there is only positive to report about our two week stay. The road leading up to the villa is tight but easy to drive and can be navigated with any car without issues. Arriving at the villa you will see there is a beautiful gate that opens to the house and gardens. The house is split in to two halves with two kitchens and two living rooms and 4 bedrooms for each halve. There are 3 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms with two of them being en suit. Generally the setup was near perfect as there is even an air-condition unit in the center of each house. While the houses are fantastic the outside was even nicer! Great pool area and amazing garden with fantastic views. The Pictures don't do it justice and every moment there was very enjoyable. Can only recommend the outside grill as this was an amazing and fun grill and we had many evenings there. Also the tennis court was just perfect as we could go down there in the evenings and play a little game of tennis before bed!
Generally there are no neighbors or disturbances to be reported on and we loved every moment of the two weeks we spent there. Can only recommend.
