We had such a phenomenal experience at DoubleTree. My company booked the hotel so I knew very little about it. We were bringing our toddler so the stakes were a lot higher for us than they used to be lol. Mike was an absolute life savor. He went above and beyond to help us check in early, check out late so she could get all her naps in, he upgraded our room to a suite so she’d have more room to play, and he specifically got us a room right by my meetings. As a parent, I will always remember those who go out of their way to show us kindness and accommodate our needs. Mike’s consideration for us completely changed our experience from what could’ve been really difficult to an absolute delight. Our daughter was happy and enjoyed every moment at the hotel which means we did too. Everything he did to support our family meant the world. This is likely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rest of the staff was also extremely kind to us, but Mike was our hero.

We had the best few days here! The staff truly make your experience, and we felt like we stayed with family. Everyone is so warm and helpful. We had great, affordable omelettes for breakfast every day, and enjoy the clean and beautiful pool area each afternoon. The gym is also excellent and has everything you need. We were most impressed with how welcoming they were to our rescue dog, with a very affordable pet rate. We will be back! Also is walking distance to some great restaurants.

I was in charge of booking a conference room for our company’s team meeting and had an awesome experience working with Julianna H! She was so helpful and responsive and everything was nicely set up for us on the day of. We thoroughly enjoyed the conference space as well as the catered breakfast provided! Very clean hotel with friendly staff all around. We would definitely book here again

Checking out the Fall leaves-beautiful! Hotel is older, rooms smaller, but more than made up by great location and staff being so helpful. Free public transportation just outside the front door. We had a wonderful experience during the 4 days we were there.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We have talked about coming back every year. Mike at the front desk was phenomenal. So kind and paid attention to every detail. He made us feel like family. We had a little mix up with needing to change our reservation and Mike was so great at taking care of this. The room was so clean and so comfortable. And the location was so close to all the attractions. We were able to ride our bikes wherever we wanted to go. Thanks for a great stay!

You can get freely baked chocolate chip cookies at the front desk, and they were warm and delicious! A nice side, perk!

Terrible, terrible hotel operated by unprofessional management. After booking on Priceline and paying in full on my credit card, I was shocked to find upon checking-out I was charged a resort fee. I told the MOD that I was not informed of a resort fee and it was unethical to add it on to my invoice after paying Priceline in full. Management couldn't care less, and did not know how to handle the situation. Also, I was double charged for my room after I explained that I already paid what I thought was an inclusive price thru Priceline. No apology or credit, only rudeness and frustration that ruined my stay.

We stayed here for one night during our trip to Yellowstone area. This hotel is located in the perfect location in Park City, not in the city center so it’s extremely quiet at night.

The room was aged clearly and need to mention the toilet was super tiny. There are many rooms in this property and we didn’t get an upgrade with Diamond membership. But I won’t complain about not having upgrade just like the not good food,they were kind of “expected” on a road trip, right?
