I rented a car through insurance while my car was in the shop and was given an "end date" by Enterprise for when to bring the car back (a date I twice confirmed with Enterprise). I ended up returning the car a day early; however, Enterprise claimed I owed money for going one day beyond my end date. They claimed my insurance company called the day after I returned the car and moved the end date. When I called my insurance company, they said they never called Enterprise and confirmed that I owed no money. I wonder how many other people had been duped into paying money that they didn't owe to this branch... For that reason, I don't plan on going back here any time soon and think you should avoid as well.

I tried other locations in west la but I must say location on Santa Monica and Seattle is the best.
Very nice staff and helpful.
Today was the third time I rented a car from them. Daniel and all other are very nice and accommodating.

I had to pick up a rental here while my car was being repaired. Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful! This is never a fun experience but he made it as seamless as possible and got me in and out pretty quickly with no issues. He also dropped me off at the shop after I returned my rental car and was such a positive energy. Would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Ryan!
