GUIDE TO RETURNING YOUR CAR
1. Navigate to Wynn Las Vegas - Self Parking (3131 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109).
2. Enter on Level 1.
3. Go to Section E. You will see yellow signs pointing you to the Hertz car rental pickup section (this is also the dropoff area).
4. Park the car at any open spot.
5. Take photos of the Fuel, Time and Mileage. You will need this for the return. Make sure you take your printed rental agreement with you if you were provided with one. You can leave the parking ticket in the car, on the dashboard.
6. Go to the elevators leading to the casino. Go up to the CASINO level.
7. As soon as you get to the casino level, exit to the right and you will see the Hertz desk immediately on the left past the doors. The key dropoff box is on the left.
8. You will be asked to write your mileage, fuel and for safety, the return time. Drop off the rent agreement, keys in the box.

Hertz, a few more instructions on the rental agreement, via email/text or on the website can go a long way to helping your cars come back on time and getting more happy customers. Pls don't rely on others to do your customer service for you. It's quite pathetic.

Bei Ankunft haben wir erstmal fast eine Stunde an einem leeren Schalter gewartet bis wir dann zu einem anderen Schalter geschickt wurden. Dort hat man uns erstmal gesagt es gebe keine Autos (wir haben mehrere Monate im Voraus reserviert und bezahlt).

Nach etwa einer weiteren Stunde wurde dann irgendwie ein Auto für uns aufgetrieben (andere Kunden gingen trotz Reservierung leer aus).

Bei der Rückgabe wurde uns gesagt wir erhalten eine Rechnung per Email. Einige Tage später wurden dann weitere 200€ von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, ohne Email oder Begründung. Ich habe bis jetzt nicht rausfinden können wieso und werde versuchen den Betrag von meiner Bank stornieren zu lassen.

This location doesn’t deserve any star. They gave us such a filthy car (pictures attached). This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The car was in a horrible condition. The maintenance was past 939 miles at the time of pickup which could have possibly resulted in breakdown of the car. The customer service was horrible too when I tried to contact them about this issue.

After I discovered this issue, I tried to contact the front desk but they were closed because I picked up the car close to the closing time. Then, I called Hertz’s customer support, they basically said that they can’t do anything and told me to go to a different location to switch car. I have already wasted so much time, so I decided to just take this one.

After the drop off, I decided to submit a complaint via email. The response I got from them sounded really arrogant. They basically said they will forward my concern to management and about the maintenance issue, they basically said if the car broke down, we could have provided you with roadside assistance. That means they don’t believe in taking preventive measure before anything happens.

It’s been 20 days going back and forth with the customer service through email and no resolution has been made. Now, they have just stopped replying.

No words can express my frustration and disappointment with their service.

Scam & fraud. Avoid at all costs!!! I booked my car on Priceline for $715 including taxes. Yesterday when I came to location that women charged me $1153 (plus $200 deposit)!!! Spent whole afternoon calling Thrifty/Hertz and Priceline, no one would help me. Thrifty told me you signed the paperwork, deal with it. Ok, deal with couple of $ yes, but more than $400?! She should have told me she will change all that extra money. I declined CDW and she said ok. Even asked me where I booked my car. I was on my way to my destination when I got the email with what she charged me. Now I need to report fraud on my credit card. I m not giving them $400 for absolutely nothing!

Update—ok so I would encourage Hertz to make their lunch times public, so guests don’t come at lunch and have to wait for an hour.

Having said that, George was an amazing staff member to work with. He was kind, courteous and helpful in getting my reservation. I would use this location again 🙂

Hat alles super geklappt. Unfassbar nette Mitarbeiter und ein super wagen welcher auch sehr sauber war. Mir wurden auch keine Versicherungen angedreht. Der verkaufte Tankservice (mit leerem Tank zurückgeben) ist tatsächlich günstiger als hätte ich den Wagen selber betankt.
Dieser Standort hat zwei Büros. Einmal beim Wynn Self Parking und einmal beim encore self parking.

Horrendous! Wynn staff directed me to wrong garage, and wrong level (level 1 not 2). no signs, no instructions. Called customer service it’s just a phone tree and no humans answer. I tried every prompt. I had to look at other Google reviews to see what to do after an hour of circling. Awful awful awful.

The customer service at this branch is rediculous. When trying to trade in the vehicle provided due to a low tire sensor but tires were fine. The service rep told me to take it the Hertz at the airport as they had a bigger inventory. When turning in the second rental to the airport due to another tire sensor misreading, they would not give me another rental to replace it. I called this Hertz to see if they can assist and they questioned why I took the other vehicle to the Hertz at the airport. I told them because you guys asked me to because your inventory did not have enough in inventory. I would not go to any Hertz for a vehicle. I wouldn't go to any car rental company. They are thiefs and very untrustworthy.
