Kim is the best of the best! The thought of selling was a daunting and intimidating task, but Kim walked me through every step that made the entire process a breeze! From meeting me 6 months prior to listing so I can learn about the process, up until closing day, Kim was quick to respond to my emails, texts, phone calls, and was always ten steps ahead of me! Kim is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing, which put my full trust in her from day one. If you are looking for a realtor that truly has your best interest at heart, I cannot recommend Kim enough!

Kim has been absolutely incredible and so helpful to me. Kim helped me purchase a home back in 2022 which was a tough process, but she was able to work things out with the seller and I was able to get a great price on my home. I recently just sold my home and Kim was so helpful with the entire process. It was my first time selling so I wasn’t sure what I was doing but she handled everything with grace. In the end, she was able to sell my home for the highest price in my association. Any questions that I had even before selling my home she was always there for me! I will definitely be contacting Kim again when I buy another house!

Kim is amazing!! She sold a manufactured home for us in EXETER, NH, and helped my daughter transition into a nice community in Londonderry, NH. She really knows how to connect with both buyers and sellers, her knowledge of automated electronic documents (dotloop), makes signing documents a breeze on your smart phone. She puts her clients FIRST, guiding them every step of the way. Her resources are tremendous, such as brokers/lenders, a cache of home improvement companies who have served her and her clients with discounts when her name is mentioned. Even in a difficult buying atmosphere, my husband and I moved from Florida in with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. Kim advocates very strongly for Veterans and VA loans. As Veterans (retired US Navy) she knows lenders who know and understand the VA loan process. In this difficult buying atmosphere, we all decided to rent a single family home closer to the girls' school district. Even then, Kim contacted the renting agent to protect us from any irregularities in the contract. She is not only a great broker but she is our friend. When it comes time to move again, she will be the first person we call!

Kim is a colleague of mine. We are both realtors with EXP Realty in Bedford NH. My client's, Raul and Laurie, were looking for a home in NH to purchase but we were not having any luck finding the perfect place for them to call home. Kim is one in a million. Buying the home I wanted was difficult but Kim stayed in daily touch with me. The day before closing the park owner would not sign off on the deed because of a small leak in toilet. Kim called a plumber and had the entire toilet replaced at her expense so I could close. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to work with Kim. She is very seasoned, level headed, compassionate and really loves to see people happy with a new home.
