The best and most amazing car rental experience ever! My wife's car was totaled and we needed a car asap. Midway was recommended to us. As soon as we arrived Joseph greeted us with a smile and was extremely professional. He was so kind and showed us so many cars until we found what was within our budget. Joseph also gave my son a small toy because my son didnt want to leave without the toy.
Today I returned the car, and again like last time Joseph was amazing and made everything easy and smooth.

I rented a car here on July 20, 2024 12:00 p.m. because the body shop refered me to them and was charged $695 for a week and with deposit by a guy named Carlos.

The next week on July 27,2024

I called and extended the car rental for another week and they charged me using the remaining balance from $695.

After another week on August 3, 2024 I had called them again to extend the rental for another week and they said they were gonna charge me $277 till august 10

August 10, 2024 I checked my bank account and they were charging me $113 before I even made a call to extend it for another week so I made a call. I spoke to someone who claimed that his name was Mathew and according to him I was charged $113 to extend it till monday (august 12,2024) before I even made a call and extend it like he was making a decision for me.
I told him I wanted to extend it till next saturday(August 17,2024) he then charged me $395.53 to have a car till (August 17,2024) which is more than $100 more than they usually charge me every week plus they didn't charge me the day during the date that I made the calls but instead it shows on my bank statement that they charged me on August 4,2024. All three transactions instead. I will update my rating as we go.

August 17,2024: I extended my rental till August 24,2024 and I was charged $395.54 by a guy named Harry.

August 24,2024: I extended my rental till August 31,2024, I was charged $395.54 by a guy named Harry.

August 31, 2024: I extended my rental till September 07,2024, I was charged $395.54 by a guy named Harry.

September 07, 2024: I extended my rental till September 14, 2024, I was charged $354.86 by a guy named Jack. ?‍♂️

September 14,2024 I extended my rental till September 21,2024, I was charged $354.86 by a guy named Harry.

Swptember 21,2024 I extended my rental till September 28,2024, I was charged by a guy named Harry for $354.86.

September 28,2024 I extended my rental till October 05,2024, I was charged $354.86 by a guy named Harry.

October 05,2024 I extended my car rental till October 12, 2024, I was charged $354.86 by a guy named Joseph.

Octover 13, 2024 I was charged $226.02 by Harry.

October, 17 and 18, 2024 I was charged $56.51 by Harry.

I returned the car on October 19,2024 and I was charged $56.51 by Joseph.

I concluded that I had to give this business a 1 star rating due to the fact that they would not have fixed the issue had I not kept updating my review (they're not honest and transparent.) And this review is not final because I am waiting for the outcome of my case since this review is related to the lawfirm who refered this business.

This place is awesome! I have always had really great customer service experience here. My current rental is brand new and it's a Toyota Prius, I have never drove a Hybrid before. But I am so happy that Harry suggested to me, he even stayed open late for me because I forgot my CC and license at home. Location is friendly, clean and professional customer service. Go see Harry to get a great smooth friendly service!

Midway is great! They have a beautiful selection of rental cars including suv of 2024s and 2025s!!! They got me into a nice Camry 2025 in just as little as 30 min.

Be prepared for long waits when picking up your rental. Despite confirming our reservation, we were told it would take 20 minutes for our car to be ready. That seemed reasonable at first, but while waiting, we overheard staff saying that the vehicle we reserved was still with another customer and not even in the lot. Overall, spending over 45 minutes picking up a rental is ridiculous. I've never experienced such delays with a rental before.
When we asked if any other cars were available so we could get on the road because we had reservations, the response was, "There are, but they’re nicer vehicles, so I’d have to charge you more." And that was all he said.
The poor communication and lack of customer service were extremely frustrating and disappointing.
