Roomrs greatly alleviated the stress and challenges of my relocation to New York City. By providing fully furnished homes, they eliminated the hassle of buying or moving furniture. I also had the flexibility to choose a rental period and neighborhood that suited me. The leasing process is simple: look up the availability of homes in the neighborhood you want to rent in on the website, prices are transparent, leases start at three months, and I can get a preview of the construction of the home through a 3D model.
With an emphasis on streamlining the leasing experience, Roomrs offers great customer support, and my queries are always responded to quickly. Roomrs made it much simpler to find an apartment for my last semester in NYC. I had an exceptional stay at 273 Leonard St. apartment! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with smart Tv and laundry and dryer in unit. The shared spaces were fostering a friendly and vibrant community atmosphere. Good quality furniture and well designed spaces. The location was perfect, with easy access to the L train and local hotspots. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a blend of privacy and social interaction. Five stars!

Roomrs made my move in process soooo simple! I was having a hard time finding a place to rent and Roomrs accepted me so quickly. They responded back to emails promptly and answered any questions or concerns I had. There are also different leasing options which is nice. There were monthly cleanings which were okay, but definitely could have gone without. Overall I am thankful for Roomrs and the service they provide! I would absolutely recommend this company.

I found a Room in NYC over Roomrs and can definitely recommend it! The application process is really easy and really helpful for Foreigners who are staying for a short amount of time in the US (eg. Internship/Studies) . You have the option to do a virtual tour of the whole place and there will be no surprises when you move there. The Check-In was really easy and the apartment is well equipped. The only thing which could be improved is maybe the cleanliness and the way to get to know your roommates (they usually’just’ send an email a few days before your arrival) but overall I can definitely recommend it
