Renting through this agency has been the worst nightmare I ever lived. It happened quite a few years ago, but I still have nightmares on the awful conditions the apartment was in and how the agency literally disappeared into thin air when we asked for help. I remember it to the point that when I just saw their name appear I felt compelled to place a review.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY TO FIND SOMEWHERE TO STAY.
THE AGENTS ARE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND ONCE THEY HAVE DEBITED THEIR FEES WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!
The apartment I rented was lovely however there were various problems the most notable ones being a cockroach infestation and mice. At first the Super of the building was nice but as the problems persisted he had a ‘live with it or leave attitude.’ Urban Living did nothing to help us
claiming it was no longer their issue and throughout the rest of our stay we had a back and forth
dispute with the Super and Urban Living it was horrible.
Overall our stay became stressful and I wouldn't recommend using this company to find a nice property. There are thousands of amazing places to stay in NYC you are better off using craigslist!

Really bad agency. We rent a vacational apartment with them and it was in a really bad state, filthy, no lights and it was so expensive. They did not appear or tried to solve this, once they have their money they just dissapear.
Para posibles clientes españoles, no utilizar esta agencia. Solo quieren cobrar su dinero y no saben ni como estan los apartamentos que alquilan. UN TIMO.

we were having trouble with the landlord and when we reached out the agency to see what options we had... they canceled our contract without confirming with us... we had to leave the apartment immediately without having a place to go... ive been trying to talk to someone and no one answers me, I went to their address and they don’t exist, they are not there... we paid a comission to them for 6 months and we stayed at the apartment for only 2... very unprofessional people.
