The communication of check in instructions was poor at best. There were extensive requirements for check in that weren’t properly described and it took numerous attempts by phone and online to get into the property. They required an additional deposit before we could check in, but they didn’t notify us of this until we were at the property. The property management contact was useless. There’s no key, just a check in code that didn’t work and required to be resetting several times. When we finally got into the property, we found out that we didn’t get the unit that we had reserved. We had reserved a unit on an upper floor that had a fireplace, was bright with lots of windows and access to a patio. What we got was a unit in the basement that was down a narrow staircase, the doorway partially blocked by a broken fountain. It was really dark, with few windows. The space was cramped. The bathroom was tiny, and had black mold. There was a mouse which was in and out, so that was interesting. The one good thing in the whole unit was the washer dryer in the unit. It worked great. The location was across the street from an apartment that had a really loud mechanical system that was a story high and a block long. It went all day and night. This was worse for anyone on the basement or first floor. Again, we had specifically reserved a top floor unit. I tried telling this to the property manager, but they didn’t do anything. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with this property & it really detracted from our visit. Expedia needs more accurate details.

Our entire stay was fabulous! The location is great and very close to our son's place on campus. It is also within close walking distance of many great places to eat and drink. The apt. was clean and spacious and perfect for what we needed. Additionally, the service team was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely brilliant! Had to be back in Philly for work and found UrHomeInPhilly by chance - it will now be my go-to booking for a place to stay when in town. I stayed at the location in University City. The apartment was crisp, clean and completely perfect - everything I needed without the bother of dealing with a big hotel chain. Couldn't recommend a stay with UrHomeInPhilly more highly.

I just love this quaint hotel! Not your traditional hotel stay with a front desk and staff, but actually more like getting to live in your own little apartment during your Philly visit with a personal code sent to you to get into the building and your room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The email/text communication with the staff Renee, Charm and Jen was so easy. The perfect place to stay when visiting our son at Penn. Will definitely stay here again!

The apartment worked out perfectly for our stay in Philly. It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to U Penn was a bonus. Accessing the apartment upon arrival was seamless. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Was a really nice stay. The Luna on pine was where we stayed and it was very nice, the directions to get in the building were very easy and safe. Parking was very close and easy on the street. Location was great. And we had a nice washer and dryer and cooking things. Everyone we worked with and spoke with on the phone was really nice and accommodating as well.

Great place. It's more like an apartment than a hotel room, with kitchen, washing/dryer, almost everything you'd need on a trip. My package was successfully delivered here right in time. I enjoyed UrHomeIn Philly during my stay. For me, it's convenient to UPenn and to PHL airport. The interior layout is a bit worn but okay to me. Service is great overall. I got professional and patient assistance every time when I needed. So, safe, quiet and convenient, five star.

This condo was absolutely perfect. My teenaged son and I visited Philadelphia for the first time and were very happy with our choice. Great Central City location, great restaurants only steps away, easy to get around everywhere. Security was helpful and friendly, and that elevator up after a long day of walking was welcome. Though we didn’t utilize the kitchen, it was very well-appointed. Plus having laundry facilities available in the condo was a huge plus. Floor plan and views were great, and the roof-top deck is just the icing on the cake. Plus URHip made everything so easy, from sign-up through check-in and check-out. Cannot say enough good things about this apartment!
