posizione perfetta per visitare new york e conoscere Harlem; appartamento in linea con le aspettative, con tutti gli elettrodomestici indicati nell'annuncio, non molto pulito e sicuramente da ammodernare. Nota dolente per cui mai tornerò qui è il proprietario William, che l'ultimo giorno ha avuto una reazione isterica e sproporzionata rispetto ad una presunta perdita d'acqua che dal nostro bagno finiva nell'appartamento di sotto e a suo avviso era a noi imputabile per aver spostato volontariamente una tenda della vasca da bagno. Cosa non fatta e comunque certamente non idonea a generare danni nè tanto meno a offendere e spaventare gli inquilini. Paolo Fontana

Una settimana magnifica. Il quartiere di Harlem è tranquillo siamo stati da WILLIAM una Bella persona onesta e disponibile.Casa scalette a 2 piani stile vecchia NEW York (fantastica) appartamento grande cucina attrezzata letti comodissimi.Metro e supermercato a 250 m. Quando tornerò a NY sarà di nuovo la mia casa.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima , il centro di Manatthan è raggiungibile in metro (stazione 1 e 2 in meno di 4 minutI a piedi) in 10 minuti.|La zona è ottimamente servita anche da ristoranti, pizzeria. noiavevamo due bambini di 8 e 11 anni che si sono trovati benissimo

Pulitissimo, stanza grande e accogliente, zona molto carina, strada silenziosa e vicina alla metro. Si arriva a piedi a central park. Proprietari disponibilissimi. Consigliato!!!!ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Awesome - again!||We have stayed at this wonderful B&B for our second time - this says enough! But for your information: We love the apartments (first time we stayed in the top apartment with our two teenage daughters), this time in the so called 'gardenroom' with a terrace. Again it was a very good experience. The room was big with all the comfort you can imagine and a nice decoration. The bed was huge and we slept very well. The bathroom is amazing! We didn't use the extra room, only for our luggage. The room was looked after regularly. Everything was very clean and the terrace with the little garden a wonderful place to stay. Often we woke up to the sounds o birds. It is very quiet and calm in this area. I wish it was like that in our city! 🙂 William is a very, very nice person and you should have a chat with him! Also the breakfast around the corner (Cafè Il Latte) is awesome. We loved to start our day there! Harlem is a very authentic neighborhood and we enjoyed being there a lot (it was our third time in Harlem). Also there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the underground station. You can walk to Central Park within 10 minutes. We will certainly come back again! Thank you William! Until then: All the best for you! 🙂

We stayed here for 4 nights on our travels to NYC! We loved how spacious and clean the apartment was and how helpful William is. The location to the subway station was brilliant easy 5 minute walk along the main road. The apartment was very convenient for us we loved it.
We managed to see law and order being filmed at the top of the road which was an unexpected delight. We will definitely be returning on our next trips to new york. Thank you William :))

We stayed at the B&B for 6 nights and really liked the spacious and tidy room(s) (Garden room). Close to both East and West subway lines. And the North side of Central Park within walking distance. Cafe Latte great and relaxt place to enjoy our breakfast. Really recommend this place and would come back anytime!
William, the owner of the B&B, is a very friendly and helpful host. Very reachable in case of questions.
The area with coffee machine, microwave etc is outside the room in the hallway, for the use of guests in both rooms. That wasn’t clear to me based on the website. The room itself has a fridge and water cooker. We made ourselves an easy dinner in the room one night.

Unser Aufenthalt hier liegt nun schon eine kleine Weile zurück aber wir denken immer noch sehr gerne an die Zeit dort und haben die Unterkunft bereits mehrfach weiter empfohlen.
Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, sehr netter Vermieter, tolle Lage mitten in Harlem und die Kombination mit Café Latte einfach perfekt. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in New York sind kommen wir gerne wieder.
