I stayed here in July of 2024. I truly treasured my time spent here with the gorgeous scenery and quiet days spent with my loved ones. The Fabro-Ficulle train station is close by and can take you all across the country, including Rome and Florence. Those willing to rent a car will also find an abundance of beautiful towns within a short drive, perfect for a day trip spent exploring! The swimming pool was an amazing luxury to beat the summer heat and each private suite was fully equipped with everything we needed to be happy, comfortable, and safe. I cannot wait to stay here again!

This is an absolutely beautiful and wonderful villa. The apartments are perfectly appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Waking up to the view of Fabro and the valley below was the perfect way to start the day!

Amazing farmhouse with independent rental apartments and swimming pool! Only 10 min away there are beautiful wineries such as Pomario and olive oil producers! The landscape is beautiful and the location is just 10 min from the highway exit Fabro between Rome and Florence! There is also the train station only 10 min driving that connect Rome to Florence with a regional train. A must is the visit to the personal wine cellar of the owner Francesco and a taste of the limoncello produced by his wife Francesca!!
Nearby, try the restaurant Il Focolare, il Vecchio Frantoio, Ape Regina and Seven! Horse riding is available at the maneggio Wild Horse in Monteleone. There is also a nice trail to the creek that can continue to the antique Roman street via Traiana Nova.

Il Poderaccio has been our point of reference and haven of tranquility over the past 20 years and over three generations. We first came as a young married couple and now gather there every year with family, the children & friends for true quality time together. Francesco & Francesca have been great hosts and friends making us feel always at home in this beautiful and special place with the most magical views. And, with easy access to some of the most exquisite villages and historical gems of Umbria and Tuscany. Thank you!

Beautiful place on an Umbrian hilltop in the midst of olive groves. Tastefully renovated traditional farm with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Comfortable and cosy housing, pool and large garden. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
